Like so many others in this area — I migrated from Michigan (from Howell, actually) in the year 2000 — I just couldn’t take another day of sub-60 degree weather.

On a personal level — since moving to Florida — I’ve worked toward creating and promoting balance in my life, and helping others, if they ask, as well.

On a business level, I’ve been fortunate enough to recreate part of my team from my old Michigan business – Internet Services of Michigan, Inc.

On every level, I feel you get what you accept, and I believe in the The Golden Rule, truth & correctness.

I’ve worked to build ISG around the ideals of accountability, ownership and responsibility through our Vision, Mission and Culture. I’ve also worked very hard at assuring my team are fulfilling their passions in life — at least in terms of their work.

As a team – we constantly reevaluate what’s out on the Internet (30 minutes of our weekly team meeting is dedicated to reviewing our individual findings of the week), and how we can apply it to our customers.

Our core goal — what we work to achieve more than anything else — is to generate results for customers. Our feeling is that if they aren’t successful — then neither are we.
