I’m testing the ability of running your small business from Europe – and it’s working perfectly!
Since ISG is completely paperless, I’m:
- blogging!
- keeping up-to-date with incoming contracts,
- handling billing,
- working directly with our Web Marketing customers, and
- enjoying everything Germany has to offer.
The beautiful part about this is that, the time I’m most productive (usually 9p to 2a) coincides with the time we’re ‘done’ exploring and chilling which is actually 3p to 8p in Florida.
This means I can catch up with the team (I primarily do so through Instant Messaging, however, sometimes through Skype, Tokbox, or iChat) while they are wrapping up their day.
Then update clients & handle Web Marketing work, and finally.
Update our online travels (and video) so you can follow along.
