First off I’d like to thank you for taking the time and energy to create this Culture Statement. As I was reading through it I was thinking how nice that would have been to receive this from my employer before hire,it shows the dedication and commitment expectations that all employees really need to become a part of the team.My brother has a small landscaping business that I am going to print this out for and that I think he will find useful in his hiring.
