After creating our Vision Statement, it was time to create the framework for actualizing it.

Believe it or not, this was much easier than creating the Vision Statement for two reasons:

1. It dealt with ISG as it is today.
2. It didn’t have to be one sentence!

That framework, documented below, became our Mission Statement — it does an amazing job of describing:

• who we are,
• what we do, and
• how we do it.
